# Noticed House > Noticed House is an independent perception house in the United Arab Emirates. It assesses, unannounced, how a business is actually experienced by its customers; grades every touchpoint on a four-level scale (Generic, Considered, Distinct, Signature) against the class the business intends to sell at; and designs and keeps the perception standard that makes it feel that way. It works with any customer-facing business, including restaurants, hotels, real estate developers and residential communities, clinics, spas and fitness clubs, automotive showrooms, retail and fragrance houses, online brands, B2B firms and schools, and with founders and investors launching premium businesses who do not want to manage every detail themselves. Every grade is written against observable criteria and carries its evidence; critical hygiene, safety or legal failures are reported separately; Noticed House never sells a grade. It is not a branding, advertising, social media or operations-efficiency agency. Confidentiality: Noticed House never publishes its clients; every engagement is confidential and the credit is the client's. Booking: by enquiry, with an AED 500 booking fee to secure a place. Engagements: Perception Assessment (fixed fee), The Standard (project), Keeping (retainer of unannounced return visits). Contact by enquiry through the booking page. ## Core pages - [Questions owners ask](https://noticedhouse.com/questions): answers on customer experience audits, mystery shopping, secret diners, sales galleries, hotels, clinics, retail and launches in the UAE - [Glossary](https://noticedhouse.com/glossary): definitions of customer experience assessment, audit, mystery shopping, experience standard, touchpoint and perceived value - [The house](https://noticedhouse.com/house): a studio devoted to customer experience and perception; confidentiality policy - [Book an assessment](https://noticedhouse.com/enquire): how booking works and the enquiry form - [Restaurant experience assessment, Dubai and UAE](https://noticedhouse.com/restaurants): unannounced assessment of whether a restaurant's guest experience justifies its prices - [Pre-opening experience standard](https://noticedhouse.com/pre-opening): specifying and training the experience of a new restaurant, boutique or brand before it opens - [Boutiques and fragrance houses](https://noticedhouse.com/boutiques): experience assessment for boutiques, fragrance houses and online brands - [The Practice](https://noticedhouse.com/practice): what Noticed House does and does not do, who it is for, engagements, how the house works - [The Four Levels](https://noticedhouse.com/levels): the Generic / Considered / Distinct / Signature perception scale and touchpoints graded per business type - [Method](https://noticedhouse.com/method): the seven-step assessment method and use of AI - [Sample report](https://noticedhouse.com/sample-report): an illustrative graded assessment of a fictional restaurant, with evidence, confidence labels and prioritised changes - [Questions](https://noticedhouse.com/faq): plain answers about the practice ## Journal - [Why customers leave without complaining](https://noticedhouse.com/journal/why-customers-leave-without-complaining): Most dissatisfied customers never complain; they simply do not return.
