Noticed House

Questions

Plainly answered.

Do you publish your clients?

No. Every engagement is confidential. We never publish client names, logos, stories or results, and the credit for what a business becomes is always the client's.

How do I book?

Send an enquiry. If the engagement is a fit, we confirm scope and fee in writing, and an AED 500 booking fee secures your place in the quarter's intake.

What is Noticed House?

Noticed House is an independent perception house in the United Arab Emirates. It assesses how a business is actually experienced by its customers, decides what it should feel like at the class it sells at, and designs and keeps the standard that makes it feel that way.

What is a perception assessment?

An unannounced visit made as an ordinary customer, in which every touchpoint of the business is graded on four levels — Generic, Considered, Distinct, Signature — against the class the business intends to sell at. It produces a written, graded report of what to change.

Who carries out the assessments?

Assessors working to the house method, with every report reviewed against its evidence before it is issued. For specialist sectors, the house brings in practitioners with direct experience of that field, under the same method and confidentiality.

Which businesses does Noticed House work with?

Restaurants, boutiques, perfume and fragrance houses, direct-to-consumer brands, and manufacturers and wholesalers — in particular those selling below their potential, and founders launching something that must feel premium from the start.

Is Noticed House a branding or marketing agency?

No. It does not design logos, run advertising, manage social media or redesign packaging. It works on what the customer actually experiences at each touchpoint.

How is this different from mystery shopping?

Good mystery shopping checks service delivery against agreed standards, often very well. A perception assessment also asks whether those standards are right for the price, looks at the whole experience rather than mainly staff interactions, produces a written perception standard, and returns to check that the gap has actually closed.

Do you improve operations or efficiency?

Only where the customer experience is made. Operational efficiency for its own sake is outside the practice.

Is one visit enough?

One visit is a first reading. A full assessment covers different days, times and customer journeys before broad conclusions are drawn.

Can a client pay for a better grade?

No. Assessment and improvement work are separate, and an assessment can be bought on its own. A client who has paid for improvement work can still receive an unchanged or lower grade on a return visit, with the evidence for it.

What do you photograph or record?

Photographs only where permitted, of objects and spaces, never of staff or customers' faces. Conversations are not recorded. Evidence is kept confidential to the client.

Does the work need a large budget?

Rarely. The method relies on small, precise changes — objects, behaviours, scripts, timings — rather than renovation or new capital. The client funds the changes themselves.

How do you use AI?

AI helps record observations on site, sort them by touchpoint, compare visits and draft the report for review. It never decides a business's class, assigns a grade or fills in anything that was not observed. Judgement remains with the house's assessors.

Where does Noticed House work?

In the United Arab Emirates and, by arrangement, elsewhere in the GCC.

How much does it cost?

Engagements are a fixed-fee assessment, a project to set the standard, and an optional retainer for unannounced keeping visits. Fees are shared on enquiry.

How do I engage Noticed House?

By enquiry. A limited number of engagements are taken each quarter.
