Noticed House

The practice

Between the promise and the experience.

A brand agency writes the promise. An operations consultant makes the business faster. Noticed House works in between: what the customer actually sees, hears, touches and is made to feel, and whether it matches the price.

What we do

Assess. Specify. Keep.

Noticed House is an independent perception house in the United Arab Emirates. We assess, unannounced, how a business is actually experienced; we specify what it should feel like at the class it sells at; and we return to check that it still does.

Our work is the detail most owners stop seeing: the weight of a card sleeve, the time to the first greeting, the wording of a WhatsApp reply, the state of a delivery van. Customers rarely say what bothered them. They decide, quietly, what the business is worth.

Three questions

Every recommendation must pass all three.

  • Does the customer notice it? If no customer would ever see, hear or feel it, it is not ours.
  • Does it change what they would pay, or whether they trust? Perception is only worth designing when it moves value.
  • Is it a detail, not a capital project? We work through small, precise changes, not renovations or new logos.

Who it is for

Anyone selling at a higher class than they are currently seen at.

ClientTypical situation
Founders and investors launchingA new restaurant, boutique, fragrance house or brand that must be read as premium from the first day, by people who would rather not manage every detail themselves.
Underrated restaurantsGood kitchens treated as “just another”, competing on discounts they should not need.
Boutiques and fragrance housesStrong product, but a shop floor, wrapping, delivery and after-sale that read a level below the price.
Developers and communitiesSales galleries, show apartments, handover and resident service that read below the price per square foot.
Hotels, clinics and clubsStays, appointments and memberships judged on everything around the core service.
Makers and wholesalersSerious operations that market the product and never themselves: the call, the quotation, the site visit, the invoice.

Engagements

Assessment

Unannounced visits and a graded, evidence-backed report. It can be bought on its own; the report is yours whether or not you continue.

The standard

A separate project that turns the findings into a written perception standard your team can keep: objects, words, timings and sensory choices, per touchpoint, each with an owner.

Keeping

A retainer of unannounced return visits that checks whether the gaps have closed and the standard holds, with a short progress report each time.

We never sell a grade. Paying for improvement work does not buy a better result on the next visit. The client funds the changes; the changes are deliberately small. Fees are shared on enquiry.

How the house works

One method, whoever makes the visit.

Noticed House works as an institution, not a personality. Assessments are carried out to the house method and graded against written criteria, and every report is reviewed against its evidence before it is issued.

Where a sector calls for it, the house brings in specialists with direct experience of that field, from hospitality and property to healthcare and retail, working under the same method and the same confidentiality. A grade means the same thing whoever made the visit.
