Hotel Mystery Guest and Guest Experience Audit in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
A mystery guest stay, judged against your rate.
Anonymous stays at hotels and resorts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the UAE, covering the journey from booking to the message after check-out, and graded against the rate rather than only against brand standards.

| Food and drink | Breakfast, in-room dining, bars and restaurants |
| Requests and recovery | A test request or complaint and how it is handled |
| Departure | Check-out, the bill, the goodbye, the follow-up message |
How it runs
A typical assessment is a one or two-night stay, booked as an ordinary guest. The room and meals are paid at cost and agreed in advance.
Every observation is recorded with its time, what was expected and what was found. Each touchpoint is graded Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against your price and positioning, and the report lists the smallest changes that would lift it, in order of priority. Critical hygiene, safety or legal issues are reported to you at once.
Independent and confidential. We never sell a grade, we take no commission from suppliers we recommend, and we never publish our clients.
Fees are fixed before the first visit and depend on the number of visits and locations. An AED 500 booking fee secures your place.

How is this different from a brand standards audit?
A brand audit checks compliance with your standards. A mystery guest assessment asks whether the stay as a whole feels worth the rate, and whether the standards themselves are right.
Do you assess boutique and independent hotels?
Yes. They often benefit most, because they rarely have a group quality team.
