Automotive showrooms and service centres
Does the showroom feel like the badge?
A premium car is sold by its brand and kept by its service centre. We assess the showroom visit, the test drive, the service booking and the collection, and grade each against the badge on the bonnet.
What we examine
| Touchpoint | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Showroom | Arrival, greeting, the wait, refreshments, how the car is presented |
| Sales advisor | Knowledge, pressure, follow-up after the visit |
| Test drive | How it is arranged, accompanied and concluded |
| Service booking | Ease, communication, transport offered |
| Collection | The car's condition, the explanation of work done, the bill |
What you receive
A confidential, graded report: each touchpoint marked Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against the class you sell at, five readings across the whole experience, the evidence behind every finding, critical issues flagged at once, and the smallest changes that would lift the experience, in order of priority. The report is yours whether or not you continue.
Confidential. We never publish our clients. Every engagement is confidential, and the credit is always the client's.

Do you assess service centres as well as sales?
Yes. Ownership experience decides loyalty, and service centres are where premium brands most often read below their badge.
Do manufacturers or dealers commission this?
Either. Dealers use it to protect their franchise standing; owners use it to understand what customers actually experience.
