Manufacturers, wholesalers and B2B firms
Do buyers see a serious supplier, or a cheap one?
In business-to-business markets, products are often comparable. Buyers choose the supplier they trust, and that trust is built on the call, the quotation, the site visit, the delivery and the invoice. We assess those touchpoints as a buyer would.
What we examine
| Touchpoint | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Enquiry | Who answers, how fast, and whether they can answer |
| Quotation | Layout, accuracy, names spelled correctly, clarity of terms |
| Site visit | Parking, reception, safety equipment offered, the meeting room |
| Delivery | Vehicle, driver, delivery note |
| Invoice and account | Whether documents read like an established institution; follow-up when nothing is wrong |
What you receive
A confidential, graded report: each touchpoint marked Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against the class you sell at, five readings across the whole experience, the evidence behind every finding, critical issues flagged at once, and the smallest changes that would lift the experience, in order of priority. The report is yours whether or not you continue.
Confidential. We never publish our clients. Every engagement is confidential, and the credit is always the client's.

Why would a manufacturer care about perception?
Because when products are similar, the supplier perceived as safest wins the order and the margin. Perception is decided at the touchpoints around the product.
