Schools, nurseries and training centres
Does the admissions experience feel like the fees?
Parents decide on a school long before the first term: the enquiry, the tour, the admissions office, the communication. We assess the parent experience only, never teaching, and grade it against the fees and promise.
What we examine
| Touchpoint | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Enquiry | Response time, tone, clarity of fees and places |
| Tour | Arrival, security, who shows parents around, what they see |
| Admissions | Forms, assessments, how decisions are communicated |
| Communication | Newsletters, apps, replies to concerns |
What you receive
A confidential, graded report: each touchpoint marked Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against the class you sell at, five readings across the whole experience, the evidence behind every finding, critical issues flagged at once, and the smallest changes that would lift the experience, in order of priority. The report is yours whether or not you continue.
Confidential. We never publish our clients. Every engagement is confidential, and the credit is always the client's.

Do you assess teaching quality?
No. We assess what parents experience around admissions and communication. Teaching is for regulators and educators. We never observe or photograph children.
