Noticed House

Real estate developers and sales centres

Is your sales experience worth the price per square foot?

Buyers decide what a development is worth long before handover: in the sales gallery, the show apartment, the follow-up call and the paperwork. We assess that journey unannounced, as a buyer would experience it, and grade it against the price you are asking.

What we examine

TouchpointWhat we look at

Sales advisorKnowledge, pressure, honesty about handover dates and fees

What you receive

A confidential, graded report: each touchpoint marked Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against the class you sell at, five readings across the whole experience, the evidence behind every finding, critical issues flagged at once, and the smallest changes that would lift the experience, in order of priority. The report is yours whether or not you continue.

Confidential. We never publish our clients. Every engagement is confidential, and the credit is always the client's.

Questions

Do you assess off-plan sales experiences?

Yes. Most of an off-plan purchase is perception: the gallery, the model, the advisor and the follow-up. We assess that journey as a buyer, without warning to the sales team.

Can you assess handover and after-sales too?

Yes. Handover and the first months of community management decide whether buyers recommend a developer or warn others off. We assess both.
