Retail and luxury stores
Does the store feel like the label?
Retail assessment usually counts compliance: was the greeting given, was the add-on offered. We assess whether the whole visit feels like the price on the label, and specify what would make it so.
What we examine
| Touchpoint | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Window and threshold | First impression, door, scent, the first approach |
| Advice | Whether staff advise or simply sell |
| Fitting and trying | Rooms, mirrors, light, the moment of decision |
| Purchase | Pace, wrapping, payment, handover |
| After the sale | Messages, alterations, returns, clienteling |
What you receive
A confidential, graded report: each touchpoint marked Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against the class you sell at, five readings across the whole experience, the evidence behind every finding, critical issues flagged at once, and the smallest changes that would lift the experience, in order of priority. The report is yours whether or not you continue.
Confidential. We never publish our clients. Every engagement is confidential, and the credit is always the client's.

How is this different from retail mystery shopping?
Retail mystery shopping checks compliance with set behaviours. We grade the whole visit against the price and positioning, and tell you whether the standard itself is right.
