Mystery Shopping and Customer Experience Audits in Dubai and the UAE
Mystery shopping in Dubai, and what comes after it.
Unannounced customer visits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE, graded not only against a checklist but against the price and positioning of the business, with a written standard and return visits if you continue.
What is assessed
| Touchpoint | What the assessor records |
|---|---|
| First contact | Response time, tone and accuracy of calls, WhatsApp, email and enquiry forms |
| Arrival | Signage, entrance, the first acknowledgement and the wait |
| Service | Knowledge, pace, honesty, pressure, how questions and problems are handled |
| Environment | Cleanliness, sound, scent, light and the condition of everything customers touch |
| Payment and departure | How the bill, receipt or invoice is presented, and the last impression |
| Afterwards | Follow-up messages, returns, complaints and re-contact |
How it runs
A first assessment usually covers two to three unannounced visits on different days and times. Multi-location programmes are scheduled across sites so the comparison is fair.
Every observation is recorded with its time, what was expected and what was found. Each touchpoint is graded Generic, Considered, Distinct or Signature against your price and positioning, and the report lists the smallest changes that would lift it, in order of priority. Critical hygiene, safety or legal issues are reported to you at once.
Independent and confidential. We never sell a grade, we take no commission from suppliers we recommend, and we never publish our clients.
Fees are fixed before the first visit and depend on the number of visits and locations. An AED 500 booking fee secures your place.

Is this mystery shopping?
It includes everything a mystery shop does: unannounced visits by an ordinary-seeming customer, scored and evidenced. It goes further by grading the whole experience against your price, telling you whether your standard itself is right, and specifying what to change.
Which businesses do you assess in the UAE?
Restaurants, hotels, developers' sales galleries, residential communities, clinics, spas, showrooms, retail, online brands, B2B firms and schools, across all seven emirates.
How quickly do I get the report?
Usually within a week of the final visit.
